• Estimated Incentives – For a qualifying purchase or sale valued between $225,000 and $274,999, the estimated incentive is $800. For every $50,000 the price of the purchase or sale increases above $225,000, the incentive will increase an additional $250. These estimated incentives are based on a 6% real estate commission, evenly split between the listing and buying broker. Commissions are based on the price of the home and may not include upgrades to new construction or closing incentives paid by the seller. If the actual commission or the commission split differs below 6%, the incentive will reflect a similar adjustment. If any broker in the transaction gives back a part of their commission in the sale, the incentive shall void all offer made to the buyer.
