1. Open houses: at the beginning of your home-buying process, you can check out homes in the neighborhood by wandering into open houses.
2. Private tours via Keyes Home Team: to see properties on your own schedule, arrange a private tour with a Keyes Home Team agent.( This is best Method )
3. Private tours from the listing agent: if you’d prefer to see a property without involving Keyes Home Team, contact the listing agent. "You must advice the agent you are working with a Realtor"
4. Online: Login to your account at www.Keyes-Miami.Com Select the home or homes you would like to see and click on Schedule a Showing and we will arrange your tours at the day and time selected.
   
   Remember to Get Pre-Approved before going home shopping

We will explain each option below.


1. Open Houses

Agents frequently open new listings to the public on Saturday or Sunday afternoons. In a few hours, you can see five or six homes, which will give you a feel for prices and a better idea of what you want. To find out when a particular property is open to the public, VIP buyers can arrange with their Keyes Home Team agent to look up the properties available; if such agent has posted an open-house schedule to the MLS, we’ll provided the schedule alongside the photos and other details for that property. You can also call the listing agent to find out when there’s an open house. Never Negotiate with the other agents, or signup CALL US FIRST.
The listing agent’s contact details appear at the bottom of the page describing each property.
If you are touring newly built home developer condos, you should be careful to identify Keyes Home Team as your agent as forgetting to do so could prevent you from getting your
Keyes Home Team Bonus refund.

Before you submit a tour request, it's a great idea to drive by the homes you are interested in viewing, when possible. That way, you can make the best use of tour time. Also, we recommend that you obtain a pre-approval letter  from your lender up to the amount of the asking price of the homes you are interested in.

To arrange a tour, choose one of two options:

• Select a property at www.Keyes-Miami.Com click on property image
  "View Full Details."
  Then click "Schedule a Showing," opening a form for submitting your tour request.
• You can also Send us your list of properties using the form below. You can add all of the properties you'd like to see during your tour by including the multiple listing numbers of those homes in the comments section.
  PLEASE Included MLS Number.

During business hours, an agent will get back to you within four hours to schedule a tour. We generally conduct home tours between the hours of 10:30 am - 7 pm, 7 days a week. Weekend appointments fill up quickly and are for VIP buyer only so be sure to book early. We will do our best to accommodate same-day requests, but please try to allow at least a day for us to schedule your home tour.
 

When you call, identify yourself as a Keyes Home Team customer, and explain your interest in the property, asking if the listing agent or the seller has time to show the property. When you go on tour, you can also present the listing agent with this letter.

Calling the Listing Agent

Contacting listing agents to arrange a home tour can be tricky as they work for the seller.
Their job is to pre-qualify you and your buying intentions. The listing agent job is to sell the home for the Highest Price Possible.

When you call the listing agent to arrange a tour, the listing agent will likely ask who you are and whether you have an agent, questions that may be easier to answer using the outline below.

Hello "I’m calling to arrange a preview of a property you are selling. Do you have time to show me the property?"

"I’m potentially interested in making an offer on this property. I am using Keyes Home Team as my real estate broker to represent me and to prepare the paperwork, negotiate, and coordinate closing."

If you have any trouble scheduling a tour with a listing agent, we will schedule it for you just contact your Keyes Home Team Agent.

4. Online tours
This is the best method used by busy professionals, as they can search for home online view photos and property information. You then refer the MLS number to your Keyes Home Team agent to be schedule for a tour. You will be able to sign in an add your favorite properties.
You then click on Schedule a Showing and we will arrange your tours at the day and time selected.
Please be sure to speak with your Keyes Home Team agent to verify that all properties are schedule as requested.
If you need transportation to the properties, our Keyes Home Team agent will arrange to pick you up.
